PRX T33 contains 33% TCA, Hydrogen Peroxide and Kohic Acid which offers all the benefits of a high percentage TCA peel without the associated side effects (discomfort and peeling). You’ll also no experience the same downtime as with other peels due to the hydrogen component.
This peel penetrates deep into the skin to give immediate hydration, firmness and tightening without removing the top layer of skin.

How does it work?
The PRX-T33 peel combines low concentration hydrogen peroxide and Trichloroacetic acid (TCA). These ingredients quickly penerate the dermis, kickstarting the regeneration process without harshly exfoliating the outer layer of skin. By promoting the stimulation of fibroblasts and growth factors, skin is left plumper and more supple giving an improved overall appearance without causing inflammation or damaging the skin.
This peel is perfect as an anti-ageing treatment, but can also be used to treat acne in teenagers. Collagen growth is stimulated even after your treatment, so you will continue to see dewier and younger looking skin.
PRX-T33 is a quick and pain-free treatment which many clients find relaxing – a bit like a spa facial! There is no downtime and you can continue your day as normal following your peel.

Who Can Have a PRX-T33 Facial?
This treatment is suitable for men and women who would like to tighten loose skin, lighten pigmentation or improve the appearance and texture of acne scars and stretch marks. It is suitable for use as a facial treatment or on the body, and is particularly popular as a treatment for the chest or neck.
It is also safe for all ages and skin types, providing the epidermis is healthy and in tact.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the treatment take?
PRX-T33 is a short half hour treatment which you can fit into your lunch break or between activities. You can continue with your day as usual immediately afterwards too. PRX-T33 is also a non-photosensitizing meaning it is safe for use in the summer too.
How many treatment sessions will I need?
You will notice a difference following one treatment, however for best results around 5 weekly treatments are recommended, depending on your skin and your concerns. Dr Kathryn will advise you on the best course of treatment for you at your consultation.
Will the treatment hurt?
Your PRX-T33 treatment shouldn’t cause any discomfort as it is a topical treatment and no injections or anaesthetics are required.
