Earlobe Rejuvenation

adds volume and restores youth

Over time, the earlobes, just like other areas of the face, can lose volume, become wrinkled, and stretched due to ageing, sun exposure, or wearing heavy earrings. At Real You Clinic, our Earlobe Rejuvenation treatment uses premium dermal fillers to restore volume, smooth fine lines, and improve the overall shape and appearance of the earlobes. This quick, non-surgical procedure helps your ears look naturally plump, youthful, and better suited for wearing earrings again.

About

What’s the treatment?

Earlobes can actually be a bit of a giveaway as to our age; they start to sag as we get older through lack of collagen and hyaluronic acid in our bodies, and gravity can play it’s part too!

Earlobe rejuvenation treatment adds volume and restores a youthful shape to lobes that may have been elongated and stretched from wearing heavy or large earrings or due to the natural effects of gravity on the ears.

Whether your earlobes are thin, a little floppy or simply a bit limp, they can be restored by injecting a hyaluronic acid dermal filler such as Sculptra, Restylane, Ellansé, Belotero or Juvederm into the lobe to plump them up, giving them a more youthful appearance with added fullness. The results from injectable fillers are long lasting, up to a year or more, and they can be periodically maintained with follow-up treatments.

As a qualified GP, and with extensive experience in administering dermal fillers, Dr Kathryn will ensure your earlobes receive the correct amount of dermal filler to achieve the results you desire.

The science

The Earlobe Rejuvenation process

Dermal fillers and Botox for earlobes can be very beneficial in renewing the earlobe appearance without the need for invasive surgery. The results from injectable fillers are long lasting and they can periodically maintained with follow-up treatments.

The end result can provide long lasting rejuvenation to the earlobes and remove the noticeable signs of age affecting the ears.

Earlobe repair with injectable dermal fillers adds volume to the earlobe by injecting a small amount of the filler, such as Restylane® or Juvederm®, to instantly expand the earlobe outward, creating a smaller, more youthful looking lobe. The result of the earlobe repair is long lasting, up to a year or more.

Ideal Candidates

Earlobe rejuvenation is ideal for individuals who have noticed wrinkled, deflated, or stretched earlobes caused by age, sun damage, or regular use of heavy earrings. It’s also an excellent option for those preparing for an ear-piercing correction or re-piercing, or simply wanting a more balanced and youthful ear appearance. If you want to discreetly refresh your look with minimal downtime, this treatment could be the perfect fit.

What to Expect Post-Treatment

After the procedure, mild redness, swelling, or tenderness may occur at the injection sites, but these effects usually settle within 24–48 hours. Most clients return to normal activities immediately. You’ll notice a visible improvement in the fullness and shape of your earlobes right away, with continued enhancement as the filler integrates naturally. Results typically last around 6 to 12 months, depending on lifestyle and filler type.

The procedure is quick and typically completed in 20–30 minutes, making it ideal even for a lunchtime appointment.

Can I wear earrings after the treatment?

Yes, but it’s advised to wait at least a few days before wearing earrings—especially heavy ones—to allow the filler to settle properly.
