    • The Real You Clinic is dedicated to providing top-tier aesthetic treatments, strictly adhering to the standards set by regulatory bodies such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the General Medical Council (GMC). This adherence underscores our commitment to medical excellence and patient safety.

Treatment Suitability and Expectations:

    • Prior to any treatment, a thorough consultation is conducted to assess its suitability for each individual client. This step is crucial to understand the specific needs and to set realistic expectations for the treatment outcomes. It is important to note that results may vary between individuals due to various factors.

In the event of an inability to attend a scheduled appointment, a notice period of at least 48 hours is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Late arrivals (15 minutes or more) or missed appointments may lead to forfeiture of deposits or incurred charges.

Pricing and Liability:

    • All treatment prices are clearly stated and are subject to change based on individual requirements and treatment complexity. The clinic aims to provide the most effective treatment within the stated price range, however, it is important to acknowledge that complications, while rare, can occur and the clinic’s liability in such instances is limited.
