Complaints Policy

Dr Kathryn Taylor-Barnes endeavours to give all clients the best possible service.

Occasionally though, things can go wrong. In this instance, Real You Clinic will aim to correct any issue at the earliest opportunity. This complaints procedure advises how best to bring something to our attention if you are dissatisfied with the service you have received in relation to your treatment.

All complaints will be followed through, documented and any action deemed necessary is taken in order to prevent a recurrence.

Raising your concern with Dr Kathryn Taylor-Barnes as soon as possible is the most effective way to bring a problem to the clinic’s attention and have it resolved quickly.

If you prefer, you can write to Real You Clinic, stating your appointment date and time and giving as many details as possible of your concern. We will contact you via telephone or in writing within 2 working days of receiving your written complaint, to confirm receipt.

Real You Clinic aims to fully respond with a resolution within 20 working days of receipt of your complaint. However, if for any reason we are unable to do so within the time stated, we will send a written confirmation that your complaint is still under investigation.
