At Real You Clinic, led by Dr. Kathryn Taylor-Barnes, our commitment is to provide exceptional service to all our clients. Despite our best efforts, there may be occasions when our service does not meet your expectations. If you find yourself dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment or experience, we are here to address and resolve these concerns swiftly.

To report a complaint, we encourage you to contact Dr. Kathryn Taylor-Barnes directly at the earliest opportunity. This ensures that your concerns are promptly brought to our attention and can be resolved efficiently.

All contact must be made by emailing us at info@realyouclinic.com with the details of your concern, including the date and time of your appointment. Upon receiving your email, we will acknowledge its receipt within 2 working days, either by phone or in writing.

We strive to thoroughly investigate and respond to all complaints within 20 working days. In the event that we require more time to resolve your issue, we will inform you with a written update confirming that your complaint is still under active investigation.
