On arrival at St Margarets station, a quick 2 minute walk will take you to the door of Real You Clinic. If you’re visiting by car, you’ll find free parking on Saturdays.

Find Us – The Real You Clinic
The Real You Clinic is located in a charming mews development just off St. Margaret’s Road, accessible from either Crown Road or Amyand Park Road. We are only a short walk from St Margaret’s Train Station and within easy reach of Richmond, Twickenham, and Central London.
By Car
St Margaret’s Road is just off the A316 which leads directly into the M3.
From London: Cross the River Thames at Richmond (Twickenham Bridge) and take the first left at St Margaret’s Roundabout (with traffic lights) into St Margaret’s Road. Crown Road and Amyand Park Road are just next to St Margaret’s Train Station.
From Berkshire / A316 / M3: Continue on the A316, passing Twickenham Rugby Stadium (on your left). At St Margaret’s Roundabout (traffic lights), turn right into St Margaret’s Road. After the station, Amyand Park Road is the first right, and Crown Road is the second right.
Parking Near the Clinic
Crown Road (TW1 3EG): £1.50 per hour via RingGo app between 10:00 am – 4:30 pm, and free after 4:30 pm on weekdays and all day at weekends.
Car Wash (behind the clinic): Twickenham & Richmond Car Valeting and Car Wash (TW1 3EG) – approximately £10 per wash. Perfect if you’d like your car cleaned while you visit Dr Kathryn.
JustPark App: Pre-book a local driveway space for added convenience.
Downes Close Car Park (TW1 1RQ): Located opposite St Margaret’s Station. Available via JustPark – simply search and pay within the app to secure your space ahead of time.
Please note: Do not drive through the archway by Hiro’s Nail Salon unless using the car wash, as there is no additional parking inside the mews.
On Foot from Crown Road
Go through the archway next to Hiro’s Nail Salon (near Rock & Fairies Hair Salon). Take the first right into the mews – you’ll see floral window boxes outside the clinic. Press the top buzzer, and Dr Kathryn will welcome you.
By Train
St Margaret’s Station is just a 2-minute walk away (approx. 35 minutes from Waterloo on the SW Trains line).
Turn right as you leave the station.
After 200 yards, take the right fork at The St Margaret’s Tavern pub.
Walk past Wylie’s, Zoran’s Café and La Crêperie.
Turn right at the archway by Hiro’s Nail Salon.
After 15 paces, take the first right into the mews. You’ll find the Real You Clinic, with floral window boxes outside.
Alternatively, from Richmond Station (on the faster Waterloo line):
Take the H37 bus towards Hounslow and get off at St Margaret’s, or
Change for the local train to St Margaret’s (one stop).
